I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. My sister and I scheduled appointments to have our hair colored, but the salon canceled on us three different times. We remained patient, and the manager, Joseph, apologized and offered us “VIP treatment” because of the inconvenience. Before booking again, I specifically asked Joseph for a price quote. My sister and I had a terrible experience with the hair salon. I called before hand to get a quote of how much it cost to get my hair dyed. I was told $158 over the phone. I told the manager I want the exact treatment I said over the phone with no add ons. When I got to the salon, I showed the stylist Daniel a picture of what I wanted and he said we can do it.
