I called earlier today to make a complaint about my overall shopping experience. I was shopping for acne face wash for my husband and face cream for myself. Also a little window shopping. I had employees pretend to straighten shelfs instead of asking me if I needed help. Basically checking if I was shoplifting ( mind you i was only carrying a wallet). I get it's the holiday season and shoplifting is high but a simple "can i help you find something" would have been acceptable. I even needed help looking for any suggested face... read more

False advertising. They tried selling me a cologne they didnt even have. The store associates were helpful except one was typically profiling me as a criminal. Like having a worker always near me aisle to aisle, constantly staring at me, walkie talkie alert when I walk in and blocking me when I'm trying to leave. But I think he was only doing that because management in their ear piece tells them too.
