Don’t buy GIFT CARDS from this company! My friend gave me a brand new gift card from here, completely sealed with the gift receipt. Few days later I came here to shop and I gave the gift card to the cashier, she opened it and scratch it and it was empty! I emailed the company and they just keep repeating the gift card has been used. I’m wondering who’s the one using it???? It was completely closed and the code unscratched….. it’s a warning!

Came to the ULTA Salon and left very satisfied!!! Genevieve did an amazing job with my hair, I love it so much!
Love the salon but front counter is always understaffed with long lines. Staff, including managers, not jumping in to bring the line down.
After MAC cosmetics changed their formula for Studio Fix powder, I inadvertently purchased a few compacts in the wrong shade. When I tried to simply EXCHANGE the unused and unopened compacts, the store manager, Tammy refused to process the exchange or even give me store credit claiming I did not return the product within 60 days. Tammy treated me in a rude, dismissive, condescending way. Terrible customer service. I'm never shopping at this store again would rather order online going forward.
