Ulta @ Danbury Fair mall. Staff was following me around like I was a criminal. As soon as I left the store I regretted making the purchase, so I went to Sephora to buy the exact same products (& more because no one followed me around I was free to browse) and returned the original items to ulta. Go to Sephora instead!! It was about 3 staff members including the store manager on 10/22/2025 in the morning. The girl at the register was kind.

i really love ulta but the staff was rude and always said are you okay do you need something it’s normal i know but like 1 or 2 person is enough yk 5 or 6 staff asked me and when i was looking around trying to shop a staff was following me and when i tried a tester she/he said this is not a tester you cannot use it but it was in the tester section like she/he was watching me and i got really uncomfortable so i went to sephora instead
This Ulta store has the most unprofessional, rude, and lazy staff I have ever been encounter with. They do not properly check ID’s when handing out pick up orders and have given away my online orders to other people. This is extremely frustrating because I am still charged for these items. DO NOT place a pick up order ever at this store if you want to be handing out free items to other people. I will never come back here.
