I had such a great experience at the store yesterday. The staff was super nice to look up a product for me. And an employee name SheriLee took the time to search for a product in the back for me. Such amazing ladies working this shift. May seem small to some but I really appreciate the extra mile. Thank you again ladies!
I called ahead about my favorite perfume, Tom Ford's Velvet Orchid. the sweet and professional lady who answered confirmed both sizes in stock, and they were kind enough to hold it up front for me! of course while waiting in line I found another item to buy lol... thank you to the lovely employees who helped me today :) I wish I got names but after working all day my brain is tired ❤️ I'll be back when my budget allows ;)
I’ve been to many Ulta stores but none compare to this. Very rude staff. Felt like I was walking on eggshells, had to grab my things and go.
