This location used to be my favorite Ulta, but unfortunately that has changed with some of the new hires. The overall energy feels unwelcoming, and a few employees have noticeably poor attitudes toward guests(white lady with a short blonde cut). One interaction in particular stood out, but I still chose to respond with kindness because you never know what someone may be going through. Staff needs major customer service training! This was December 29, me and my best friend came to ulta after shopping at concord mills. We arrived at 7:37, they closed at 8:00pm this day. No one, out of all the at least 10 employees working, greeted us, whatever. As we're shopping we hear multiple employees making complaints such as "I'm leaving at 8 I don't care." and one obviously talking loudly saying "I think they don't know we close at 8 because.." As a former employee of Ulta, I was incredibly disappointed in the service at this location. On Christmas Eve I decided to go in the store to pick up a few items for myself and my mom and my daughter. I understand the hectic hustle and bustle during this particular time of the year, so I did not pay any attention to how much of the store was in so much disarray and how much the store was out of order and dirty.
