I got a color match and a product recommendation from DJ and Omari!! They were amazing, and so so helpful, I love how clean and nice this ulta is!!
The females at this store are so rude and make snarky comments on the walkies about customers. 3/30, I watched as a lady went to the pickup station to grab her order and they told her she shipped it and when she walked away they called her names! Just for her to come back and shown she was suppose to have a pick up order 20 mins later that they didn’t even fulfill! Maybe if they spent more times doing their jobs instead of being rude then they wouldn’t be behind.
This was my first time at this location, I came in for a very time consuming hair appt and I just wanted to say TYRAAAAA. She knows what she is doing, she is very knowledgeable and patient. My hair is 2.5 ft long and it didn't phase her it just came out incredible and better than I envisioned. Also she does MENS! Just all around great.
Very helpful with finding the color I was looking for.
