I came in today for the first time and I was helped by Omar, they helped me with a shade match. The service was awesome. All my answers were answered and it really helped me out a lot and I would definitely come back and recommend Omar. Such a sweet and genuine person :)
The staff here are super helpful and attentive, always making sure I found everything alright, but I had a great experience with an employee by the name Charlena(Sharlena?). I wanted to upgrade my routine and she helped me find everything I needed based on what I mentioned! Thank you Ulta!
Terrible customer service!! I just left this Ulta and will never be back. It seems like its a bunch of employees doing nothing. Finally I stopped 2 employees who initially looked right at me. They didnt greet me or ask if I needed assistance. They both acted as if I was bothering them. Wow! Ok, they point me in the right direction & I grab what i need. I go straight to the register as I'm pressed for time. The cashier rings me up &I I paying cash. The register gets stuck so we're waiting... and waiting. She calls the manager... read more
