Always an enjoyable visit with the Smyrna location. My saving grace today was Riley. She was patient, informative, helpful and kind…. basically a Rock Star! A round of applause goes directly to Riley!
My family visited this location over the weekend and the staff is a 5 star staff. The amount of courtesy was unexpected. We had at least 4-5 members asking about our shopping experience and if they could assist. To be honest, that should be the expectation from humans period, but it's not.
Ray is a magnificent manager! During my time in Ulta, she greeted me at the door and helped me get the exact product I was looking for! She was also dressed very exquisitely and represented herself in a professional manner! Her customer service is top tier and I see her going far in management!
ELLA at the benefit brow bar is amazing !! She did a wonderful job with my brows ! I recommend her to everyone and anyone ! She’s super talented and super nice !!
This was a great experience, the lovely young lady that helped me today was Ella. It was my first time getting my brows waxed, laminated and tinted. She made the process seamless! Overall great service.
