I booked a haircut and root color by Delila, but I feel like I was scammed because she ended up charging me for all over color when she said she was adding gloss to my appointment. I didn’t know gloss was the same charge as all over color. She didn’t even ask me. She just put it on my hair while she was washing it. When I went to pay the man cashier told me I can get a discount if I sign up for the Ulta credit card. I feel like I was scammed and tricked. My hair looks good, but it feels like a sour after taste. Kierstan a. Did an outstanding job my eyebrows have never looked better, I’ve had weird eyebrows since I was little and I never thought that they could ever be fixed, she worked her magic and shaped them perfectly! I had to leave a review because I am just in shock of how amazing they look. I highly recommend you go to her!!! She was also the sweetest and made me feel comfortable I will always go back!

I usually frequent the Smyrna location but I went to this one because it was close to my job. I had the best experience I have EVER had at an Ulta. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ashley the cashier was so nice and she is soooo funny! She KNOWS a makeup girly when she sees one !!! ! I may just drive out to this location specifically for the customer service. Best experience at an ulta eveeer!!!!
