Awful experience. Had an appointment for hair tinsel at 2 pm.. was told it was a 20 minute delay and I was okay with that. Then I sat there for the next hour and was asked to reschedule for another day after waiting over an hour. Ridiculous service.
My clinique favorite sale associate Val is no longer there, she was always very knowledgeable, friendly, and helping. Please bring her back !!!

From the very first phone call to book, to visiting the store, finalizing the reservation, and showing up on the day of the party—everything was seamless. It took me trying 4 different foundations to find the right one for me that matched my skintone and undertone overall the employees was helpful but one acted like she didn't wanna help anyone or seemed upset bc I kept returning when thats what your supposed to be there for is to assist the customer if u don't know what to do then i would ask someone to assist that does ans is more knowledgeable on their products its a joke when I don't work there and mid 30s and I know more about your products then u do bc of my own personal... read more
