I had an outstanding experience at the Ulta Beauty store in La Quinta and want to recognize Pedro for his exceptional customer service. I originally came in to return a product that didn’t work for me. I had already thrown away the box and assumed the return would not be possible. Got my eyebrows waxed and they look very bad not sure if the stylist was in a rush because I had seen her doing someone’s hair just before my appointment. one eyebrow is smaller then the other and is very thin. I have had waxes before and I am very sad this happened.
Super disappointed in this place. I am here every single Sunday and sometimes more twice weekly and spend a good amount of money here year round.
