Had to wait in line for a pick up and 5 associates. Imagine if thus was curbsude?
I would give a zero if available. By far the worst customer service here. I stopped going to Ulta because of this store. The employees are so rude and they make you feel like you inconvenienced them if you ask them a question. I went today after 2 years and I asked an employee a question about mascara. The 1st one didn't want to help so she called someone else and the 2nd said I dont wear mascara so I dont know. This is a beauty store. That is your job to know or to find out. I do pick up orders because they’re supposed to be ready and easy & quick. When I get there cashier still makes me make like with 6 other. I don’t see the point of pick up if they’re doing this
Love this store! The staff was very helpful and helped me find the correct hair tool for my hair, which ended up being the Shark Glam. My hair has been looking fabulous ever since. I will definitely come back to this location!
I had an outstanding experience at the Ulta Beauty store in La Quinta and want to recognize Pedro for his exceptional customer service. I originally came in to return a product that didn’t work for me. I had already thrown away the box and assumed the return would not be possible.
