Super disappointed in this place. I am here every single Sunday and sometimes more twice weekly and spend a good amount of money here year round. A week ago I had come in and purchased a Peach and Lily product with a sign that said free product with purchase. I was super stoked because it was an oil I had been wanting to try. I entered and saw one of the girls in the makeup area helping someone else so I stood next to her once I turned around she was gone. I waited for someone else but no one came but I saw all the helpers huddled in this area just talking and giving glances from the corner of their eyes. I had asked someone else to get color matched but they gave no help. I had never had this type of customer service in an Ulta like this before.
Very busy ..but even when empty they didn't help me as I had hoped ..
