Now that I have read the other customer reviews, I feel a lot better. I know I am not alone. I had scheduled a few appointments online, but each time, *they* cancelled on me. I call for the appointment today, and they tell me I am only allowed to do a walk in because I was cancelling and doing no shows!!! What??? So, their system is broken, but it's my fault? Dilek was the person that helped me. She was fantastic! She helped me find everything I was looking for. She made great suggestions for me. Dilek found an item I really wanted, but didn't have my color. Instead of telling me to get another color to make a sale, she let me know that she could order it and have it sent to my address. This is the second time I’ve had my makeup done by Kaylee. I like the way she does it and she asks if there’s anything that I don’t like or would like done differently to just say. I think I liked it even better this time, and it was my birthday, so I was very happy with the results.  I’ve recommended Kaylee to others and I hope they schedule an appointment with her as they won’t be disappointed.  I’ll definitely be back.  Thanks Kaylee!

Hallo. I wanted to share how happy I am with the wonderful cut/style Ria *Tukwila/Southcenter Parkway ULTA store/salon) gave me today, 9/18/24. She clearly listened and asked questions, referred to the image I shared, and worked to understand my hair texture and needs. My stylist name was Heidi in the Hartsdale salon. She looked at my hair and asked me some questions about preferences, personal style and products I use. She listened and answered all of my questions. She also made some recommendations. She did a great job on my color and style. It was exactly what I wanted. She was great!.

The hair services I receive from Dawn at the Geneva Illinois Ulta are exceptional! At each visit (every 4 weeks) she makes me feel that I am her only client. She is masterful at hair coloring and equally proficient at cuts. The salon has a welcoming vibe! I give Dawn and the salon my strong recommendation./
