I visited this Ulta yesterday and the air conditioning was completely out. The store was extremely hot with no ventilation whatsoever. I heard several guests complaining, and it was very clear that employees and managers were uncomfortable many were visibly sweating and looked like they were going to pass out. It was concerning to see staff expected to work under those conditions. The heat made it difficult to shop and created an unpleasant experience overall.

Had a pickup order, and received a notification saying it was ready. Drove out to the store (was out of the way) and it was closed. After a minute, an employee sees me and walks over (looks annoyed). She opens the door and says "So we are currently closed". No further explanation or information. So i say "oh ok" and before I am able to ask anything else she just says "ahuh" and closes the door. I attended this location today Dec 29, the employees were super helpful, but it was the worse shopping experience I ever had. Right at the moment when you entered the store it was impossible to breath because the heater was on so high, there was a huge line to pay and I decided to leave my stuff behind after 10 minutes of shopping, It made me super mad that it affected my heath after 10 minutes of being there, I can’t imagine those workers that usually help me being there for hours.
