I had a makeup appointment scheduled, but it was canceled the morning of the appointment. I saw a missed call, but no voicemail was left. I later received a text message stating only that the appointment was canceled. There was no apology and no alternative offered. I had cleared my schedule and prepared for this appointment, so I found this handling to be unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I went in today 1/3/2026 around like 6:20ish after a really long day and Viviane at the cashier was so sweet she truly made my day.

I visited this Ulta yesterday and the air conditioning was completely out. The store was extremely hot with no ventilation whatsoever. I heard several guests complaining, and it was very clear that employees and managers were uncomfortable many were visibly sweating and looked like they were going to pass out. It was concerning to see staff expected to work under those conditions. The heat made it difficult to shop and created an unpleasant experience overall.

Had a pickup order, and received a notification saying it was ready. Drove out to the store (was out of the way) and it was closed. After a minute, an employee sees me and walks over (looks annoyed). She opens the door and says "So we are currently closed". No further explanation or information. So i say "oh ok" and before I am able to ask anything else she just says "ahuh" and closes the door. Why say an order is ready to be picked up if they are closed during business hours. I understand unexpected things happen, but at le... read more
