Allison always does an amazing job with my brows—I absolutely love them every time! She always makes me look and feel fabulous. She’s very knowledgeable about Benefit Cosmetics and always takes the time to explain the products, show me how to use them, and recommend the ones that work best for me. I had my hair cut here back in March. The haircut itself turned out well, but I was disappointed with my bangs. They were cut much shorter than I wanted. During the appointment, the stylist asked if I wanted them even shorter, and I explained that once my hair dried, they would naturally become shorter. She responded, “Oh, that’s right,” which made me feel like that should have been taken into account before cutting them. Paige provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. She greeted me warmly, listened to what I was looking for, and quickly guided me to the right product. I had a few concerns and questions, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood before making my decision.
