Paige provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. She greeted me warmly, listened to what I was looking for, and quickly guided me to the right product. I had a few concerns and questions, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood before making my decision. Very quick and professional customer service for my pick up order
The Ulta in East Peoria is by far the best Ulta location in Central Illinois! The associates are friendly, happy to help and knowledgeable about skin care. It is a completely different experience compared to the Peoria location. It is as though they're not the same brand. I will make the trip to East Peoria from now on! The East Peoria team has renewed my loyalty to Ulta!
