I called into the store and said I wanted to make an appointment to get a balayage done on my hair that was mostly virgin, with only a few highlights. Walked into the store and not one person greeted me yet there were three employees standing at the front merchandise area chatting it up. They all looked at me and turned around. Now, I admit, I looked a bit disheveled due to just painting. I had dry paint on my clothes as I was on my way home from working a job and needed to stop and buy some moisturizer, but after not being greeted and feeling un-welcomed, I walked out.
