Disappointing Hair Color Service and Poor Customer Service I had a terrible experience with Alexa at Ulta Beauty in Six mile Cypress. I requested an all-over color on my virgin dark brown hair, hoping to go a couple of shades lighter. Unfortunately, the color only took at the roots, leaving the rest of my hair dark and uneven. Nick is incredible! He is kind, helps me find new product to help me reduce break outs, cover my dark circles and reduce them. Nick has introduced me to new products that I never knew I could pull off and most importantly he shows me how best to apply them for a natural day or night on the town with friends. I also frequently get my hair done at ten ulta salon with Yesenia who works magic . The staff is all together friendly and very helpful.
