“Returned an item with a receipt at Ulta Beauty (Stoughton, MA). My debit card had been replaced after theft. Store confirmed the purchase (even with TD Bank on the phone), but their system wouldn’t process the refund back to the card and they only offered store credit. Be aware: if your original card is replaced, you may not be able to get a refund back to your bank account in-store.”

Good customer service goes a long way, especially for shoppers like myself who have worked in retail before. The cashier was very friendly abd professional. There was a line forming, she apologized for the wait and said she'd be right with them. Definitely coming back.

You can usually find what you need.If not, you can get it mailed to you. Customer service is pleasant, but trying to find assistance still located a product maybe a little challenging.

The Arch Expert Amy did my eyebrow wax, tint and lamination and my eyebrows look so amazing! They look lifted and so natural!

I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Amy. I explained to her I wanted them natural and she delivered just that. She was polite and knowledgeable, I will definitely be back!
