NOVEMBER 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was in a pinch today and I dreaded going into the Stoughton Ulta, again. I walked in and STEVEN approached me to make sure I was finding everything I needed. He the helped me to select my item. I wondered around the store to see if I needed anything else, then made my purchase. STEVEN was well versed in customer service and product selection. Went in to buy make up no one wanted to help. Was told they were off the clock when I asked for help. Will never be back.

Gave me back all my expired rewards points since they changed their policies and you can't just keep collecting them anymore

This place has gone down hill. In the past, I would walk in and have multiple people greet me and asked if I needed assistance. Today, I was in here for 20 minutes. Not one person approached me. We couldn't find what we needed. We approached an individual for assistance. He appeared to be a manager and was only minimally helpful and somewhat rude. Spending my money elsewhere.

My aunt and I went to Ulta to get a gift for a family member as well as get a few things for ourselves. I was happy to see the nails selections we needed were on sale at that time.
