I made a recent purchase. I had to return the product because it turned out not to be the correct match. I got a receipt for the refund but not the credit, I called and the manager said I see we processed the credit so call your bank. I called my bank and they’re going after Ulta to see where the credit went. This whole process will take 90 days for a resolution. I was going to retrieve an order for pick up( 1- 6- 2025 at the Stoughton store) I texted I would be there in 10 minutes. I got there at 757 PM only to find The doors locked. I tapped on the front doors. The gentleman ignored me and kept working I've dealt with this man before, I believe he is management. Arrogant with ZERO ability to connect to customers
