Never have I been profiled at an establishment until today. This is one of the worst moments I’ve ever experienced walking in with my wife, daughter and mother. Me and my wife were profiled and glared at by multiple employees, FOLLOWED even like we were stealing. Mind you, I had my hands full of product and a Starbucks drink. How could I steal it? I booked an eyebrow wax appointment online the day of. When I arrived, I was notified that there was a little bit of an issue with the booking system and that the next person could get to me in about 10 to 15 minutes. I did wait about 20 minutes, but my waxer was wonderful and did an amazing job! When I got to check out, the sales representative had a small gift bag of a couple products for me for waiting.
