Understaffed. Not enough people to properly accommodate the offered curbside order pickup. Myself and another customer waiting for online order delivery both gave up after waiting several minutes in the designated parking area and went inside for our orders. Staff encountered were friendly and apologetic. Seems like a management issue, not a worker problem.
Nicole who works in Mac is the best makeup artist EVER. I wish there were more people like her that will make you feel beautiful when you leave. Amazing personality and VERY VERY knowledgeable about makeup, and beauty products.
