I got my hair trimmed and deep cleaned by Nicole. She absolutely transformed my hair! It was extremely frizzy at the bottom until I got my hair done by her and now I have beautiful Slavic looking hair. She gave me a full (and very educational) explanation on why my hair was frizzing and recommended products, and the products she recommended have done wonders!
Sadly the customer service has gone way down hill. Lately when I go in there, I get blatantly ignored. Workers are rude, will look you in the eyes and walk the other way. When I go around looking for help to find something, everyone sees to disappear. What’s going on?
Reviewed two years ago but came back today 4/12/26 to say Chelsea the woman who helped me today. I see you girl, you were literally helping everyone and with a smile and a whole lot of patience, I hope you are appreciated as an Ulta employee and I hope you see this review. Keep doing a great job being a great person.
ASHLEY. 1) she talks to you like shes known you for years. Easy and fun conversation. 2) her work is indescribable. I went in with sad, box dyed hair. I told her that I love coming to the salon, but as a working mom, it happens maybe 2x a year. She treated and took care of my sad hair, gave me a dye job that will grow out nicely.
