Understaffed. Not enough people to properly accommodate the offered curbside order pickup. Myself and another customer waiting for online order delivery both gave up after waiting several minutes in the designated parking area and went inside for our orders. Staff encountered were friendly and apologetic. Seems like a management issue, not a worker problem.
Nicole who works in Mac is the best makeup artist EVER. I wish there were more people like her that will make you feel beautiful when you leave. Amazing personality and VERY VERY knowledgeable about makeup, and beauty products.
I would not go to this location if you have an option to go to another. I have been to this location many times and it is rare if anyone offers help. Tonight I went in and walked straight to the front and asked for help in finding a new foundation in which I was told she would call somebody to help me. No one showed and after 15 minutes I left. If you have time to go to any other location in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area, I would suggest that.
