I had a hair appointment scheduled with someone else for a few weeks. An hour before the appointment she cancelled. I had already taken the entire day off of work. I called around and no one could fit me in (highlights, color, cut, style, and a lot of hair). I called Ulta when they opened and spoke to Nicole. Morgan is absolutely incredible and made time for me to have full highlights and a haircut today 6/11/26. She is kind and very knowledgeable and answered all of my hair questions with honesty. I have never dyed my hair before and she thoroughly asked me what I am looking for and spent hours on my hair and worked through her lunch break. Morgan checked in on me throughout my appt. and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy. Thank you Morgan at Ulta Spo Valley!
I was so worried this past weekend about finding a good hair stylist that would help direct my mess of hair into something fun and cute that keeps me cool during the summer.
