I had an appointment with Victoria the hairstylist in Ulta, and due to the fact that she couldn’t get a hold of me. She canceled my appointment and basically just had a poor attitude regarding my appointment. Her mannerism was definitely unprofessional. My daughter wanted her ears pierced and eyebrows threaded. The customer was unmatched. Manager Janel was super sweet and attentive she squeezed us in for both services on the spot. She was extremely welcoming. Barbie who threaded her eyebrows was comforting. Nashma (advisor) in passing soothed my daughter and asked her about her interests as she was nervous about getting her ears pierced. Neshia was so patient and also attentive while doing the piercing.
