My past two experiences at this location have not been good. I really needed help color matching but nobody seemed to want to help. I asked one girl who just pointed to one and said 'yeah I like this one' and walked away. The next girl asked me how I was doing and I said "I'm really struggling" and I kid you not she said "Okay, well let me know if you need help" LOL what? And as for other people commenting about being followed around I have 100% experienced that in previous visits when I was taking my time looking up reviews... read more

I was previously bleaching my hair it was super spongy and dry. I had Mercedes Rodas dye my hair (demi, not permanent) and provide a deep conditioning mask along with a blowout.. She made my hair look and feel so beautiful! I am beyond happy and it’s been a month since I have had it done and i’m still very impressed!
