Every promotion ends the same way—they’re always “out of stock.” At this point, it feels like these offers are advertised to get customers into the store, but they’re rarely honored. This location has terrible customer service from the management, to staff, to the salon department. I had preview issue with the salon department. Which was handle very poorly not only does this location have poor management skills but over all terrible staff! this is worst Ulta location. This location is need of new managers, a way better salon staff, & a team that actually care about their customers. If you’re looking for an ulta that care about your concern this one isn’t it.

Biggest shout out to Mercedes at the salon. She is the kindest person, and really gives you what you want! I walked out feeling so beautiful with my new hair. Will be revisiting, thank you!!
