I had such a great experience with Enrique! He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I absolutely love how my cut and color turned out, it’s exactly what I was hoping for. Great customer service from staff. Manager personally helped me with purchase of straightener and the hair Salon (Enrique) did a great job with my hair color highlights and style). Will be back again. Very knowledgeable and very professional.
Stevana in the salon is a miracle worker. I came in on a whim after getting a really bad, uneven cut at another Ulta salon and she listened about what I didn’t like, was wanting to (realistically) have done based on how my hair has been cut before and she was so empathetic and understanding even though it was limited on what she could do.
