I really don’t like leaving poor reviews, but I’m very upset about my experience. I asked for about 3 inches to be cut off, and instead, about 6 inches of my hair was cut off. I didn’t realize how much had been taken off until I got home and really looked at it. I loved having long hair and was so excited to have long layers for my birthday haircut, so it was really upsetting to realize that so much of my hair was gone.
