So I never really leave reviews but after going today I felt like I needed to. I came in looking to get my birthday reward and for a Prada perfume and as I was browsing looking for the perfume the security guard that was there, followed me very closely anywhereI went through the perfume section making me very uncomfortable. I LOVE SHOPPING HERE, emily and sam were so amazinggg and such great beautiful girliesss 🤍🤍sam helped me find the perfect blush and helped me out so much and emily helped me with concelor and countour and i appreciate it so muchhh i appreciate these girls so much they are wonderful ladies and they deserve raise because ulta should be very happy to have them they made my day and i love them for that made me feel beautiful when i was having a sad day

I usually have a great experience at this Ulta — the staff on the floor are always friendly and helpful. But today the cashier was really disappointing. No greeting, no effort to help when I asked about my coupon, and he barely looked up from his phone. When I tried to ask if the coupon worked, he just said “no” without any explanation. It really ruined what’s normally a nice visit.
