I almost never leave negative reviews — I prefer to highlight good experiences — but this visit really missed the mark. I stopped into Ulta Beauty today with my young daughter, who was doing what young kids do best: touching everything in sight. As a dad trying to make a quick purchase, I already felt a bit out of place. I knew exactly what I wanted (a specific perfume), but it was locked in a cabinet.
