I get my hair done at the beauty salon by Reilly. I do not trust anyone else with my hair, she always takes care of my hair so well. She listens to my concerns and exactly what I want my hair to look like. I’ve never left her chair unsatisfied and on top of that she’s the sweetest. She always makes sure that I love my hair. I will never go to another hair stylist. She’s amazing at what she does! And incredibly professional

please note that this is not reflective of the store itself— their staff has been nothing but friendly. this review is ONLY for the salon. my friend and i were talking to riley one day and she said she knew how to do curly hair so we booked appointments with her. she also said she’s been cutting hair for twenty years, then informed us once we were in the chair that she actually has only been certified for half a year. i was in the salon for four hours. i wanted pink highlights and they came out this rubbery color. and i got ... read more

I don't normally give 1 star reviews. However, yesterday I placed an online order directly from ulta.com, within 5 minutes it was cancelled. I then placed the same order to the same store location through Doordash but at a much higher price. My Doordash order was delivered within 28 minutes of placing it. I went to ulta.com customer service chat and got the same service as I did from the store. Terrible customer service. Extremely disapointed in this company.
