Coming from Antioch you don’t get much welcoming as you do when you go to this ultra. Everyone was so welcoming and so kind. I have made a new friend and that was the manager which her name is Ms.Lc. I love her she was very very sweet. She explained and showed me everything I asked her . She definitely deserves every good thing because that was the best customer service ever . I can’t wait to come back and see her . Keep up the good work 🥰.
Bought a sweet lip stain !
Following a patient appointment, I visited a store to explore two new products. Unfortunately, one product caused significant staining on my hands. Approaching the cashier for assistance, my request for a cleaning wipe was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response, including a suggestion to visit a competitor. While a napkin was offered, it was insufficient to address the staining. This negative experience has resulted in my decision to avoid this establishment in the future.
I needed to buy makeup quickly and I think every woman working there had their bestie with them and ignored me. Such a rude staff.
