An amazing employee name Kathy did an incredible job helping me with a shade match and put me on to an excellent brand called Tir-Tir. She was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in as well as given me makeup prep advice. She made my shopping experience so much better!! Will definitely shop here again.
I was followed around the ULTA by security on two separate occasions. On this second occasion when I left the store the security guard smiled at me and my friends (who were paying customers the first and second time) in a way where he was acknowledging his actions. This is the closest beauty store to me and it is unfortunate I have to travel farther in order to feel more comfortable and to receive better service.
