I booked a cleanse, care and define appointment at Ulta with Carolina M. It was my first time but won’t be my last. She was super sweet, and did an amazing job. I left with my curls feeling and looking amazing
Will never do a pick up order here again
I just wanted to grab my pick up order after work something that should be easy and efficient to do so. I don’t really come here often and I asked a lady behind the register where I could pick up my order. She gave me a dirty look and completely ignored me . I’m assuming she was off the clock but was behind the register all Of this to say that a simple “Someone will be with you shortly” would’ve gone a long way!
I’m a diamond status at Ulta, and the experience is always more than wonderful, but this specific location was disappointing. First of all, the store seems to be extremely short-staffed. I needed help finding specific products, and usually consultants come swarming at you with “Do you need any help today?”, as soon as you enter the store, but I had a hard time finding even one person to help.
