If you get Keeley, this place is decent but I've had two bad encounters with hairstylists that still work there. One made a right pig's ear of my hair and it has taken nearly three years to grow out the mistake. Another charged me for a service she didn't do and when I found out, I didn't have time to ask that she actually finish the job she billed me for. I love going to Ulta, but this one has been my favorite experience!(= I went in today to find a new foundation and testing the Fenty tint skin and as I was going back and forth from the window to see what would fit and one of the the associates , Ripley(hope that’s spelled correct) noticed what I was doing with all the makeup on my arm as she was pulling blinds down and just asked if I needed help and I let her know my concerns and she immediately got to work trying to find a shade.
