I go to pick up my order and they refuse to give me my merchandise. I used online pickup, first there's no spots for curbside, I have the text and email but refused to give my order cause I forgot my ID which is 25 minutes away
Absolutely some of the rudest people I have ever seen in any customer service position. Don't like your job then quit!
