I went to Ulta for the first time today in Batavia and what a great experience! Their customer service is second to none. The young lady that greeted me and helped me was amazing, I showed her pictures on my phone for both my granddaughters Christmas wish list and she she got them right away for me. The cashier was fantastic and very personable. It's been a long time since I've seen customer service like this and I appreciate you all.
They cancelled my appointment 4 hours before it was scheduled on the day of my engagement pictures. Don’t waste your time
I scheduled a hair service online with Jordan for a perm. When I get to my appointment Jordan does and says everything she can so that I switch to a different hair service because I quote, “I am not comfortable doing perms” and “I’ve never done a perm on a real person” She graduated in 2023 according to her certificate on the mirror and has never done a perm on a real person?
