Could possibly the most unprofessional salon experience of my life. Had an appointment scheduled for a cut and dye. Got a text to confirm on 2 separate days. Confirmed both. I took time off of work to show up for my CONFIRMED appointment just to find out that the employee doing my hair wasn’t there anymore… and there is no one there to do it. The store has good selection and is very clean, but the employees act like they’re allergic to customers. Several were standing in a group talking when I went in. When I made eye contact with any employees they’d keep their distance and act like they had somewhere else to be. I had to search what I was looking for on my own because I couldn’t actually talk to anyone. Other customers also seemed to be struggling with this and I heard a mother and daughter say they’d just look up a product online because they couldn’t find it ... read more
