George Jr one of the hair stylist cancels every single hair appt you try to possibly make with him. Canceled 4 of mine. Canceled 3 other of my friends. He will literally cancel the day of 20 minutes prior to the appt as well. Very unprofessional
I went today to place a return! And they said they cant assist me because they don't have enough cash , the guy was very nice Ramzes" But the experience was terrible ! So I need to come back another day when they have cash Come on ! To take my money is fine but to give it back is a puzzle!
George did a lovely job giving me sunkissed highlights, and was a great conversationalist :)
I am very happy with my experience here! I got a haircut by Corrine and she did an amazing job! The service here was amazing- especially the manager who was so friendly! Thank you so much!
