Uncaring, unhelpful, place was clean but I've had multiple bad interactions here , gonna try to not shop here if I can help it
I’ve been going to mia at Ulta and she’s always done an amazing job with my hair. She takes the time to listen to what I want offers great suggestions and make sure I’m happy with the results every time she’s professional, friendly and truly talented. I highly recommend mia to anyone looking for a hairstylist.
If i could give this review 0 stars i would ! Where do I even begin? I’ve visited multiple Ulta locations over the years, and this was by far the worst. Whoever is managing this store should be held accountable because this location is an embarrassment to the Ulta brand. Instead of being greeted, I walked in to what appeared to be an inappropriate public display of affection between one male employee and one female employee.
