Impossible to find someone to help you stood around for like 20 minutes with no one approaching you to see how they can help. They actively avoid you and there makeup removal stations are barley stocked appropriately which is also just as annoying. Melissa is my girl now .. I literally got a haircut like after five years So you can tell how anxious I would have been and I can’t be more happy. She is so good and so invested. Waiting to get my balayage from her 💇🏻♀️🫶🏻
It’s very convenient and always easy to access. I like their products, and it’s the closest location to me.I always find all my make up essentials there.
I went to shop here on my birthday and I found the employees to be very selective with who they wanted to assist. I usually get asked if I need help with anything ( and 9/10 I do!) but this location seemed to cater to other customers. Also when I put my phone number in at the register I usually get a birthday gift every year but this year the employee didn’t mention it and then when I looked at my receipt I had rewards I could use that were not offered.
