Took a makeup class with Corrine and she was great. Very informative and she has a great personality. I’d highly recommend.
Management is absolutely horrible. Ashley who is the salon manager has absolutely no knowledge of hair, and her conflict resolution is absolutely disgusting. 3 of the stylists have already left, and one was fired because she forgot to punch out. I have witnessed the stylists being treated like absolute garbage by Ashley, and it's sad because they are just trying to do their job. I love the stylists here, but unfortunately I will not be returning due to the horrible management. Treat your stylists better.
I went to the Nanuet store to buy some cosmetics I ran out of and was disappointed to find the 4 products I needed out of stock. Whoever is managing this location is not doing a good job stocking this store. This isn't the first time I've had this experience shopping here. There were way too many popular cosmetics not stocked that should have been. I don't have this issue when I shop at Sephora. Please troubleshoot & fix this issue Ulta or you'll lose me as a customer.
We had a sour experience turned bright with Cara P! My friend and I came in to pick up some essentials and once we were at the register another associate was helping us at first. My friend was inquiring about her birthday rewards and let’s just say we felt like the person wasn’t trying to help us :(. Cara picked up on the situation and was able to give us the information we needed and was so friendly my friend made a purchase too ! Thank you Cara P. You make us want to come back and shop!
