This is genuinely one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever had. I came in specifically asking for layers, trusting that my hair would be handled with care and professionalism. Instead, my hair was completely butchered. It was extremely long, and I left feeling devastated by how much length and shape were taken away. The result is nothing like what I asked for, and I’m incredibly disappointed. Store policy is you MUST provide your phone number and email to return items even if you have a receipt. What world are we living in? Makes me so angry stores sell our personal information and expect us to give it to them. Will never shop at Ulta because of this.
