The employee Kaitlyn was really rude and called us gross she gave us very bad attitude I was gonna buy stuff but I left the attitude was way to tense
The staff ignores you and acts like they are doing you a favor when you try to return something.
The store is often messy and disorganized. Lots of items are used/opened, dirty etc. The employees are generally sweet and helpful, but some of the managers have an attitude for no reason. Going to the Monroe or Montvale stores is a world of difference.
I visited the store this past Sunday with my mom, and Madison was by far the most helpful associate we’ve encountered at any Ulta. She was an excellent listener, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was incredibly knowledgeable. She gave multiple product recommendations and shade matched us perfectly. Madison went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident in our purchases, and her customer service made a lasting impression.
