What a lovely store! I was treated kindly. I have never been there before, but I think gift certificates from them would make great gifts for the young women in my life. The staff is knowledgeable.
I had a haircut and blowout scheduled since November 23rd, when I arrived for my appointment they informed me that they had no stylists available. Extremely unprofessional.
