This store's employees leave a lot to be desired. They aren't helpful. Some are even unapproachable. But I did meet one who was not rude and who seemed genuine and helpful. She was dark haired between the ages of 19-25, had a red heart tattoo under one of her eyes. She made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help me. I've been in there 3 times this week. She was the ONLY nice person I had dealings with. So sad.
I suppose if I were younger maybe someone would of spoken to me or even attempted to help me. I am in my 40s and not 1 single employee spoke to me. When I went to find someone a few younger ladies came in and 2/3 of the staff immediately went to help them.
This place did a excellent job on my hair. I got a multi tone color and a cut I absolutely love it.. Thanks to my Stylist Chelsea!!
This review is for Jenna. I don't normally leave reviews. I first booked my disaster hair with a Jenna a year or so ago. She's done everything I asked for my hair and fixed my box dye mess. She spent like 5.5 hours highlighting through my hair and breaking up the permanent dye to get me lighter and color correcting my hair. When I tell you she cares she cares.
