Large store. Customer service at the counter was lacking. Customer service on the floor was pretty friendly and knowledgeable.
The inside air was uncomfotably hot. I wanted to buy some cologne but the cloud of all the testers made it impossible. The staff was friendly and apologised for the heat.
I was treated very poorly by a redheaded clerk this afternoon. She had checked a woman out, and was consulting briefly with the other clerk. Then she answered the phone, walked over to another counter and did something, and then walked off into the store, all while I was standing at her checkout station. I will NOT be shopping at Ulta in the future.
