I had a root touch-up with Katelyn D and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the appointment, I specifically informed her that I was undergoing hair treatments and already had areas of thinning hair. Despite expressing my concerns, my hair was handled extremely roughly during the service. I had an amazing experience with Lucie! I came in wanting highlights, but honestly I only had a general idea of what I wanted. Lucie took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and used her expertise to understand my vision better than I could describe it myself. She absolutely nailed it. Went in for some perfume and was followed around by some male I believe working there but never asked if I needed help jus kept following me and my one year old around making us feel very uncomfortable, worse customer service really need to switch him out

Hola no me gustó el servicio. La cajera no es amable le pregunté si hablaba español me dijo que no. Le hablé en inglés y ni siquiera intentó ayudarme. Le hablo a la manager y le dijo en inglés y creyó que no entendí lo que dijo. En verdad no recibí ayuda.
