I rarely write negative reviews because I genuinely believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. But sometimes an experience is so unnecessarily unpleasant that it deserves to be shared, not just as a warning to other customers, but perhaps as a much-needed lesson in professionalism. Very helpful love it
rude associates more worried about gossiping with staff than helping the customers or making a good experience.
I stood in the perfume section for 15 minutes and got no assistance. (There were no more than 5 custom in the store.) They had very few samples and none I was interested in. Everything was locked up, and I didn’t feel they wanted my business. Horrible experience. I’ll never shop there again.
I walked in looking for a certain body spray/perfume that I thought was 50% off. I was disappointed to find out that the body spray was not on sale. I still decided to browse and I’m so thankful that I did! I received great service from Eslee she approached me making sure that I’m finding everything ok and answered all of my questions.
