Chontea, Andrea, and Malachi (sorry if I spelled the names wrong) were absolutely amazing and friendly! I came in not having a clue what I needed I only knew that I needed it. They were able to assist me with a plethora of things in under 20 minutes. What a good staff I’m very impressed with their customer service.
Unprofessional and the store is a mess. I gave feedback on placement of full price items in the sale section and the cashier argued with me. Asked for a manager and she was just as rude. Good luck to this location staying open. I should have just went to Target.
Amber was amazing she got me the color I wanted the highlights are phenomenal. And my har has never looked better
Placed an online order, stood at the counter for Almost 5 minutes while 4 employees were standing around talking about their personal life. No one acknowledged or offered to help. I guess there conversation was more important then providing customer service. Worst ulta ever don’t waste your time going there!
Drove over here and showed up before closing time, but was informed they were closing upon entering. I was shot a dirty look when I responded that I knew exactly what I wanted and asked if that was okay. You’d think I asked her to make me a sandwich before closing. I am sitting in my car writing this review while they are still in fact open lmao.
