Took my granddaughter to buy good face care for the first time. She is a competitive gymnast and not only wanted good lip and cheek products but also skincare. Carmen was so kind to her and so patient. She completely took additional time to work on-on-one with my granddaughter. I believe they now have a lifelong Ulta shopper in me, my daughter and now my granddaughter because of Carmen. Thank you for an amazing visit.
Needed to get a few GOOD facial products and needed someone who knows what they are doing and knows the products to help me choose the best colors, consistency, etc. I'm in my 70's and needed concealer, foundation, bronzer and "blush". I didn't want to have product to sit in "creases" around my eyes. Rylan was the perfect person to guide me. She was fabulous. She tested several products and showed me exactly how to apply each one.
