I went ULTA today on Sayebrook in Myrtle Beach SC to shop for Clinique products. I was greeted by Halle (SP) in the Clinique section. She is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products!! She made recommendations on which was best and didn’t try to be pushy in selling me unwanted products!! I highly recommend!!

I’m giving 5 ⭐️ to Braisha! She is the first person in all my years as an Ulta Beauty customer to help me genuinely. Other “beauty advisors" are just “polite” but still look at you in a judgmental way, but today Braisha definitely changed my pov of the Ulta Beauty employees at the Surfside location. I hope bad customers don't crush her spirit since she seems young; I know this because I also work in customer service, so I hope she continues to grow. You would think visitors were welcome in a Beauty store. Apparently the college students we brought on our trip were informed by ulta staff this is the nice side of Myrtle beach, and proceeded to follow them with snide comments uncomfortably around the store. Please retrain your staff on customer service, not every sale will you receive your 300 in commission at a beauty store. We understand times are tough however everyone who entered the store were able to afford their 150 in eyeliner as we paid before leaving.
