The customer service at this location is extremely poor!!! The reps seem to be bothered when you ask where to find a product or do color matching!!! I asked 2 separate individuals for help and both sited they were helping other customers however I saw one stocking shelves and still didn’t want to help me!!! I’m extremely disappointed with the service here!!!! Ulta you need to properly train your reps and let them know that without the customer they won’t have a job!!!

I didn’t really have anything that I needed but stopped into Ulta while at the mall today to check out the fragrance section. They were a little busy, but the employee in the area was keeping up with everyone and even made some recommendations to me. I didn’t end up getting anything this time, but I’ll definitely be back!
