I went into this store today on my birthday to collect my birthday reward, I was extremely disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced by the employee behind the counter. I was trying to find my reward and she had a terrible attitude giving false information that I received an email today with the reward. Then proceeded to tell me I need to come back another day.
