Reasonable prices and friendly customer service.
Escalated my poor in store experience and only received a “i’m sorry that happened”. Customer service is a dying trait. The girls working here are only here to chat and gossip and could care less about helping customers.
This store is like shopping at a store with no employees. In other words, go through the aisles, get what you need, pay, and leave. Because the employees have no knowledge of any kind, and can't be bothered to even check you out properly. The store in Woodbridge is a perfect example of why people go elsewhere.
So it is my daughter’s 17th birthday I scheduled a full glam makeup appointment with Dominique for 12:45 2 weeks in advance. We get there today after receiving a call that the makeup artist was running 10 minutes late okay fine no problem. We are sitting there for 20 minutes waiting and she is working on someone else’s hair braids!
