I come to this branch because it is the closest to my home, but the staff never helps resolve questions; they always give curt answers without actually being helpful. This week, I wanted to buy an Estée Lauder foundation in my shade, but it was impossible, so I didn't buy it—and it wasn't even a busy time, as the place was empty. The staff has always been like that.
Well stocked store, lovely employees. 💜
I stopped by this place to get a foundation. The store manager asked a girl to help me with the shade match. She was not at all interested in doing her job. Not even once she smiled and was checking her phone all the time. She got confused when I asked which shade she put on. It was a mess. I have been to other stores and they usually give you a lot of suggestions based on your skin type. Avoid this location if you need guidance on your purchase.
The staff is extremely friendly and always happy to help
