Be nice if there phone service worked.
Very disappointing experience. I came in simply looking for an eyeliner and asked an associate for help. Instead of assisting me, she told me to go to the register and ask someone else to look up my previous purchase. No effort at all to help, which already felt dismissive. To make matters worse, while I was trying to get help, the cashier called the other young lady away because they were closing. I went in to grab some cosmetics and advise but no one acknowledged my existence as I wondered around trying to find the right products. I even stopped and asked a girl who was stocking stuff and she briefly helped me to an aisle pointed to a depleted section and then walked off immediately afterwards. Totally felt blown off and was prepared to spend money for what I needed. Guess that doesn't matter huh? So I'm out a gift card and time and embarrassment for being a fish out of water in your store.
