The salon experience was rough. It took 40 minutes just to get started and 3 hours for a treatment that was supposed to be an hour and 20 minutes. The stylist was extremely rough, I’m not tinder headed but it felt like I was today. She was rough while detangling, combing, and flat ironing. She repeatedly burned my scalp and burned my face. She was combing so harshly she ended up combing out my earring, combing my eye, ear, and lips. There was no gentleness which is ironic considering the amount of time it took. Sales associate would not let me buy nail polish. It was the only one left. Claimed it looked like it had been tampered with, but it had a plastic seal around the top. Only said this after she had trouble ringing it up. I think she just didn't want to go to the trouble of having to manually find it to put it in.
The store was exceptionally clean and neat!!! The customer service was top tier!!! Would definitely recommend!!!
