I arrived early for my appointment. I was forced to wait standing or on busted chairs. I waited over 60 minutes without being barely being acknowledged and once being told 5 more minutes after waiting over 15 minutes. Why does no one communicate to the customers that the stylists are running over an hour behind?! If they had said, you have time to leave and come back later I would have. Beautiful ambiance! Staff very unhelpful. Jessica told me she could order a product and she couldn’t figure it out. So I cancelled it. She also wasn’t that nice. If you are of Brown complexion this store had bare minimum coverage and empty shelves for people of brown complexion. I’ll stick to the location by the fashion mall. Do better Ulta.
I was looking for lip coloring and the person that assisted me was professional and very helpful in my search. I ended up buying a fantastic eyelash product and several gift cards.
