I’m so angry, I made an appointment for a haircut and showed up on time only for them to have another girl on the chair and say it’s going to take 20minutes , no apology or anything, so what was the point of the appointment time? My girls and I get our hair done at the salon here. I always have a wonderful experience in the salon. However, the staff at the cash registers have continuously been rude and seemed inconvenienced to help not just myself but other customers as well.
This was my first time going and I was truly pleased, I really like this place
I would not recommend the salon here. If you do decide to go here, I would recommend that you ask the stylist what she thinks 2-3 inches means. I would also recommend straightening your hair before leaving to ensure that it is even. With other stylists charging ridiculous amounts for just basic haircuts, I thought I would go to ulta for a cut - 2-3 inches off with medium to long layers and face framing curtain bangs.
