Jaysha was rude and not very rude. Will not be coming to this location anymore. I’ll drive the extra minutes to Plainfield or Brownsburg. Male was very pleasant and helpful thank you!

I’m so angry, I made an appointment for a haircut and showed up on time only for them to have another girl on the chair and say it’s going to take 20minutes , no apology or anything, so what was the point of the appointment time? My girls and I get our hair done at the salon here. I always have a wonderful experience in the salon. However, the staff at the cash registers have continuously been rude and seemed inconvenienced to help not just myself but other customers as well.
