I arrived early for my appointment. I was forced to wait standing or on busted chairs. I waited over 60 minutes without being barely being acknowledged and once being told 5 more minutes after waiting over 15 minutes. Why does no one communicate to the customers that the stylists are running over an hour behind?! If they had said, you have time to leave and come back later I would have.
