Love this store and the salon! They have EVERYTHING even if you have to order some thing's online you can still pick up in store.

I was shopping around the store for a while and no one attempted to ask me if I needed help. I was there so long that I overheard the store manager gossiping about others and trying to set up interviews. I even made eye contact with some of the associates but they would walk the other way instead of asking if I needed help . Then a boy came into the store and the manager asked him if he needed help. I dropped everything in my bag on the floor and left. Do better Ulta!

I came in looking for skin care products and Sanell helped me find exactly what I needed quick and easy and she was very and polite. I will definitely look forward to coming back

Customer service here is complete trash! I went in looking for sunscreen. The store wasn’t busy at all. After looking around a bit I asked one associate for advice. She was nice, but clueless on if they carried the sunscreen I was looking for. I went to the counter and the shorter chick with curly hair was so rude! I asked her one question and She literally turned her back and walked away from me mid conversation. I left without buying anything and don’t plan to return!
