One associate was kind enough to speak, and eventually assist with a product that was 1/2 price (1 day only) Walked around the store for quiet a while looking for something else to get. Finally go to check out and the item was NOT 1/2 price. I told the young lady at the counter there was a sign up saying it was and she asked me to show her, so I did. All my alt. baddies in Madison/Huntsville need to go to Bailey ASAP. I haven’t found a stylist in the last couple years willing to do a true wolf cut, and Bailey hit it right out of the park. I finally have the haircut I’ve wanted for ages because she’s a STAR. To have a stylist listen to what you want and execute it to a degree better than I could have dreamed, I couldn’t ask for more. There is a young lady that works there name Alaska very sweet and helpful but when I waited to talk to the manager Sam to tell her that the young lady Alaska was so kind and helpful, she was rude and very sarcastic over 10 cent that she didn't give me back from my change after I paid with cash. I told her she could keep the dime just in case someone needs it and she said that I would need it. Sam has lack of management and people skills. Her attitude is disgusting 🤢
