An appointment was made for a flat iron and the price was set for around $30. The service was booked with a stylist named Hannah, however a call from the store stated that she wasn’t able to go through with the service, fine. The flat iron got done by another stylist and when she was done with it, it was still puffy as if it was only blown out. I love shopping at Ulta beauty and always go there for the ordinary products and my new favorite day and night moisturizer I have been using! Workers are always polite and ask if I ever need any help finding anything! Great giftables are always there as well!
I’ve rarely shopped at Ulta but I will be a regular customer from now on. Maddie K did an amazing job walking me through hair products that would best suit my hair. I am mixed and was never taught on how to take care of my curly hair and she stood there and explained certain products and how to use them! She was extremely helpful. I asked so many questions and she was able to answer them all without hesitation! They were very affordable. Thank you so much Maddie K!!!
