This staff seems so unorganized and I felt ignored and lost in that store. It used to be so good but it changed somehow.
I’m too busy to be writing reviews so I very rarely do. But I feel like I should take the time to share my experience. I just went last week and the staff was unwelcoming and dismissive. Which made it awkward and I ended up leaving without buying anything and I will not be returning.
They never have the products I want in stock.
I visited this Ulta location recently and was pretty disappointed with the overall experience. The store itself had products I was interested in, but the management didn’t seem very attentive especially this big lady that had blue hair. When I asked for help finding a skincare product, the manager seemed dismissive and more focused on other things than helping customers. It made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and not very welcoming at all.
