Just wanted to get a new foundation. Erin helped me pick one out and match my skin tone. She was so great and personable. Found exactly what I asked for.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, the customer service at this Ulta location was very disappointing. The staff I interacted with came across as unfriendly and unapproachable, and instead of being helpful, their tone felt rude and dismissive. As a customer, I expect at least a courteous attitude, but I left the store feeling unwelcome and frustrated.
