Very rude staff
J’Miya was so amazing anytime you are here look for her! She was amazing
I was told that I couldn’t return or exchange an item on the same day I purchased it, meaning I’d have to make a separate trip back to the store just to return it. When I asked why, no one could actually explain the reason or point me to a policy stating this. If this is a store-specific rule, it would be nice for customers to know upfront. Very inconvenient and honestly makes no sense.
I wish I could give this store a -10. I bought Dior Sauvage perfume for $175, but it has no scent at all — it's just filled with water! When I tried to return it, they refused.
