I have been in multiple times and never have been greeted or acknowledged while shopping around. The staff lack manners at the register & usually are just standing around on their phones and complain so loudly to each other.

I went for a shade match in the past and found that they had little knowledge on how to correctly find foundation matches for dark skin. However, needing a new summer foundation I decided to give them another chance. I went in and Valeria had some difficulty due to my undertones but once I shared that I had a more olive undertone she quickly found a better shade match from Rihana’s fenty beauty line, after several failed attempts with other brands. I am grateful for her patience and kind attitude.

My esthetician recommended a brand of foundation that Ulta carries. Brenda was welcoming and knowledgeable, helping me find the right shade and taught me application techniques. 5-stars!

The store is gorgeous and very clean and organized. However I was never greeted, never asked if I needed help and from the reaction of the cashier I apparently didn't look like I could shop there. Worst trip to Ulta ever. My total was over 200 dollars by the way.
