terrible customer service. No type Of communication. both of the employees were rude. Probably shouldn’t work in customer service if you’re so miserable and mad.
My sister and I picked up a bunch of of yellow tag clearance items. An employee told us yellow tag clearance was now 75% off. When we got to the register everything rang up at full sticker price. The employee tried telling us that the yellow sticker price was already marked down 75% off. First, Ulta has never run sales that way. Second, the yellow tag price was the same as the regular price online, not discounted. Employees should know store procedures and if they are unsure, ask a manager.
