The store is gorgeous and very clean and organized. However I was never greeted, never asked if I needed help and from the reaction of the cashier I apparently didn't look like I could shop there. Worst trip to Ulta ever. My total was over 200 dollars by the way.
Ashley was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient and helpful, even though I asked a ton of questions. She took the time to answer every single one and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Thanks to her expertise, I found two foundations and concealers that matched my skin tone perfectly. Her kindness, knowledge, and attention to detail made my shopping experience so much better.
Very bad customer service, the woman who was in the box was very hateful, besides we went for a perfume and she gave us the one that was not, when we went to change it, she changed it in a bad way!!

I had an amazing experience at the YSL promotion table with Jasmine! From the moment I walked up, I was greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm.
