Had an appointment to get eyelashes done at 3pm. I arrived 15 minutes early. I was told my appointment was canceled due to my appointment was at 2:30. After showing the technician my text with reminder I had to argue with her after I was told if I get service I would have to wait 45 minutes because she was cutting another client hair that she just started. Overall good experience, hard to get help sometimes on the floor when looking for things. Nice employees.

I was at the Easley Ulta at 2:30-2:40 on 2/3/26. While I was in line waiting to purchase my items, there was an incredibly rude customer who was being an absolute jerk to the poor cashier. The customer had expired coupons, was attempting to use other coupons that weren't meant for the items she was buying, and just in general, trying to harass the employees into giving her discounts.
