Overall good experience, hard to get help sometimes on the floor when looking for things. Nice employees.
I was at the Easley Ulta at 2:30-2:40 on 2/3/26. While I was in line waiting to purchase my items, there was an incredibly rude customer who was being an absolute jerk to the poor cashier. The customer had expired coupons, was attempting to use other coupons that weren't meant for the items she was buying, and just in general, trying to harass the employees into giving her discounts. Chloe did an amazing job on my hair and is super sweet
I love sierrah, she makes me feel so pretty after she does my hair. She is the best hair stylist here. Yall better not fire her, because me and my mom love her.
