The staff is super helpful and friendly💐
I initially made an appointment for the salon. One hour before the appt the salon called to cancel it because the stylist was running too behind. I spoke to a manager who rescheduled my appt for another day and gave me 20% off. The lady that cut my hair had no clue what she was doing. I asked her to braid my hair and she didn’t know how. I spoke to the manager upon leaving and her solution was to get the salon educator in to help the stylist. Which doesn’t help me at all yor fix how awful my hair looks.
Worst customer service!! Rude and said mean comments
I had a great experience. I came in looking for a new foundation. Venice helped me color-match perfectly, and I love my new product. She was so helpful, friendly, and really made my experience at Ulta easy and fun! She was super knowledgeable - go see her if you need any beauty help!
