I had a great experience. I came in looking for a new foundation. Venice helped me color-match perfectly, and I love my new product. She was so helpful, friendly, and really made my experience at Ulta easy and fun! She was super knowledgeable - go see her if you need any beauty help!
Went there for a foundation yesterday.The sales girl was so friendly and professional. She helped me out and the foundation she recommended works really well. Definitely will come back!
I was greeted by a beauty line representative, Heidi. She was very pleasant and attentive while helping me find the different types of products I was looking for even though most of the products she recommended were not part of the line she represents. Heidi represented Ulta very well! However when I checked-out with Serenity the level of service dropped. I went to the salon here. I showed a picture of burgundy hair and Yelena said ok no problem. It wasn't until she was all done and asked me what I thought of the color I knew my mistake. It was red. No purple tint or tone. Complete red.and actually it was the same color that the burgundy I had before had faded to. This store is terrible I hate it’s the closest one to me. The manager Kiki is extremely rude and unhelpful. I am a credit card holder authorized user and being refused to be able to use my points and my mom and I’s shared account. This store will no longer be getting my business.
