Showed up for my appointment, confirmed, Monique at the desk was there to sign me in. Informs me the stylist, Patricia H. had text and called me, and moved my appointment to a later time. I had my phone right there and had not received either. Monique said she did, but still, no numbers on my end. Meanwhile she went and spoke with Patricia H. who was there with no client, watching from her station. Went today and had a wonderful experience, knowledgeable and friendly staff and I appreciated the test application products being stocked. Staff was attentive too :-)

Had a wax today with Callie, she did my arms and was too rough. I have sensitive skin and it made red marks on my arms. Looks like blood that came to surface. One actually did bleed a little. Have had this procedure done before with no problems. Will not use her again.
