I had a really great shopping experience this Ulta. A lot of testers were in stock so I was able to try what I needed, there were so many brands to choose from, and my cashier, Valerie, was really kind and introduced me to a product that would complement what I was buying and did what she could to try to help me find another size of what I wanted.

(Im editing this because they had a bunch of employees spam the reviews to hide my review) My shopping experience was extremely unpleasant. When I initially went to the store, I didn't have anything in particular I wanted to buy. Because of their bias, I was being racially profiled and was under discriminatory surveillance. Shopping as a black women is already a tough situation to navigate because your under the stress of making sure every move is calculated so you won't be wrongfully accused of stealing. I was in last week with my daughter, to get her color matched with Clinique foundation, and the Clinique rep Crystal was amazing. So full of information and giving my daughter the confidence to learn about her skin and color combos that best suit her fair skin. Thank you Crystal for all your guidance in Clinique makeup products. We’ll be returning.
