I ordered the Kopari body mist online and picked same day. At checkout I did notice that it look used. Once I got inside my car to inspect the bottle, 1 to 1 1/2 ounce was used. I don’t return makeup or skincare product unless is broken or used. I also shop at Sephora more than Ulta depends if they have the product I’m looking for. Great, kind staff. The managers beds to be quick on ordering new products. Other Ultas I go to are Alia’s on top of this.
I was asked to provide a phone number before paying for my merchandises, which i did. I was then asked to provide my first and last name, which I refused to do. They all got agitated and started giving Me attitude. I am not a regular Ulta customer, so I did not understand why I needed to provide so much personal informations in order to spend my money in their store.
