I wasn't informed of some kind of program I am apparently apart of until the last moment of checkout, they should ask and inform first instead of signing you up. I don't even know what it is to cancel it.
If I could give - minus 10 I would, the customer service here is horrific to say the least. They don’t even honor the prices that are posted in the store and then treat you like crap when you ask about it like you’re trying to get away with something. The employee “grace” had the worst attitude, rude, put out, treated me like I was trying to get away with something. What's up with this store? They don't even carry basic benefit eyebrow products! One little section of benefit cosmetics is unheard of. But crap brands get a whole row?? Cmon McHenry ulta. Also not even brow services during day?
