Customer service was really disappointing. Will be only going to the nicholasville road branch from now on.
I came in today for a make up lesson with Samina. She was so kind and caring. She explained each step, gave me lots of tips and helped me figure out the products to buy to do my own make up at home. I will definitely be back to see her! The staff in the store also helped me find the products, they were very supportive and I left the store feeling confident!
