I live about 2 hours away but this is the closest location to me. Their website advertised that they carried Orabella jasmine and I wanted to test prior to purchase. I traveled to this location only to be told that it was not available and that they would have on 8/02. Fortunately I called ahead today and spoke with an associate who tbh was not the most customer friendly. I normally always have a good experience here but not yesterday. The cashier who checked me out was super rude. She didn’t acknowledge me or tell me my total or anything. She handed me my receipt and continued to talk to the person beside me. I didn’t get a “have a good day” or anything.
Came in to get a haircut by Samina and I couldn’t be happier. I finally found someone who understands exactly how I want my haircut and her professionalism is unmatched! Highly recommend especially if you want any layering in your hair she does a wonderful job!
Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend Daphne at Pavillion location for any color and cuts! I got exactly what I wanted. Daphne for the win! Book your appointment you deserve to feel gorgeous, kind soul.
Customer service was really disappointing. Will be only going to the nicholasville road branch from now on.
