I was looking for a same day walk-in appointment for a haircut and I did not know that Ulta offered them. I am very happy that I took a chance and went to see Claudia. She did an amazing job with my hair. I was in safe hands and she gave me the cut I wanted. The Ulta shop in Boulder is amazing. I will be going back. Excellent service!

I came in to pick up my online order today. While I was there, I wanted an opinion on the way I styled my curly hair since I'm not a hair expert. Axel from the salon was patient, friendly, gave me suggestions, and took her time to answer any questions I had about my hair. She gets an A+ in customer service. Also kudos to the gentleman (didn't get his name - has a beard, no hair, some tattoos). He was super friendly as well when I picked up my order.
This was probably the friendliest Ulta I’ve visited. Just came in on Christmas Eve to get some refills on my makeup staples-the associate helping me up front was so kind and very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to hunt down products that were low in stock, and was so attentive. The staff member at the cashier was also super friendly and efficient. A great shopping experience altogether!
