Came in to do some Christmas shopping, after noticing one of the items rang up regular price I nicely asked the cashier if they honored their online price because it was showing $100 off in the Ulta app. She scoffed and said “well that’s online. If you want that price then order it. We do what we want here.” Not only will I order it online, but, I got it from a different retailer. A simple “unfortunately, we can’t price match in store” would’ve gone over a lot better.
