Okay I just have to say—I had the BEST experience at the Ulta in Union Gap!!First off, the new setup?? It looks SO good. The entrance feels way more open and spacious, and the whole store was insanely clean and organized. Like seriously, I’ve never seen it look this nice.But honestly, what made it was the people. I recently visited Ulta Beauty in Union Gap, WA for a blowout service and left feeling disappointed with both the result and overall value. I was styled by Margarita. I requested a blowout, but what I received was essentially a basic straight blow dry rather than a styled, voluminous blowout. Was good but my checkout experience was sub par. She was checking out two people at once and when she asked me to “press the x” but I didn’t know she was talking to me so she got upset and pressed the x for me and then huffed and puffed afterward. I told her I’m sorry it’s hard to tell who you are talking to. She ignored me.
