Ulta is very helpful and if one person doesn't know they get someone that does know.
I went there, trim and color, I hate the color waaaaaay to light, NOT what i asked for, I called they said I didn't call within 7 days, didn't know i had to call within 7 days, my husband passed, I couldn't tell you if it was yesterday or longer..... for as much money I have spent there in the past and for a color a d trim, you'd think there would be more compassion. Period. Im not going back unless they fix the color! Making things right, should not have a time line. Period.
