If a stylist isn't experienced enough to do a signature curly cut right, they should say that instead of butchering people's hair. And they definitely shouldn't have charged for it. $70 just to not be able to wear my hair down until the bad cut grows out.
Employees are snooty and unhelpful and there makeup is extremely over prised.
Ulta has the best costumer service ever!! They always Greet you and usually have what you need!! I love ulta way more then sephora!
If possible, I'd give this establishment six stars. I walked into ulta looking like a hobo, and thanks to Brandyce and Sylana I walked out looking ready to approach the most intimidating individual imaginable... with confidence. Before ulta, I was your common laborer. Looked like it, too. These kind ladies know how to direct you to the finest products that that will have you looking like a million dollars. Customer service is poor , worst ulta in Oklahoma. Don’t even bother coming here , the owner and manager aren’t gonna do anything about their useless and rude employees .
