I had a last minute cancellation with my friend who was doing my makeup for my wedding. I came to Ulta with a inspo photo and the gal who helped me find every item I needed was so friendly and helpful. I know the very basics of doing makeup, and I wanted a full glam look for my wedding. I could not have gotten the items without the help of that worker, I wish I would have gotten her name. She definitely deserves a raise. Store Manager is extremely rude, quick sassy and dismissive. Every time I have been there she has been extremely rude with micro aggressions. Very unfriendly and makes the experience awful, staff are nice and attentive. Feel bad for them as well; she comes off extreme rude to them too and dismissive in front of customers. Believe her name is Nicole.
Had appointment for makeup for a wedding and I waited 30 minutes for service but I was told person was working on a client? Told I would just have to wait! Very poor customer service or none at all. I walked out!
