I had a really odd exchange to do. I opened a credit card to get 20% off a month ago but could not use the full amount on the initial purchase. I am a bridal makeup artist and am frequently getting large amounts of product at once. I waited until the card got to me in the mail, but after calling the card company, they couldn't switch over the transaction, and I had to go back to "return" the items I bought, and then "repurchase" them on the credit card to get my points. I had a great visit to the Eagan location today. I didn’t color match myself correctly and came back to return a product, upon return the kind counter associate asked if I would like for someone to color match me correctly and exchange the product. I said yes, and immediately after Vicky took me to the makeup counter. She correctly color match me within minutes. I got home, tried the product, the match is on point and it looks amazing!
