Pick up is great. It seems they are always short staffed at every location so prepare to wait. Selection varies from store to store.
SUPER disappointed today at Ulta Eagan-the lady ( I didn't get her name, she had dark hair with gold tinsel) REFUSED to let me buy my selected items because I would not disclose my phone number! I always get awkward, weird moments when I do not give it and a run around explanation, but it's eventually resolved with a paper receipt and my verbal understanding I cannot potentially return items, etc. I DO NOT want to give out my phone number.
