While I love Ulta and all it has to offer, the employees here are rather rude. I had a pickup order, and I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I finally, the woman working was rather short and snapped at me. She tossed my order at me. That not, everybody is happy to be at work on the weekend, and sometimes we have bad days, but it doesn’t make it OK to be like that.
Maria was incredibly helpful in helping me to pick out some new makeup products. 10/10

I had a last minute cancellation with my friend who was doing my makeup for my wedding. I came to Ulta with a inspo photo and the gal who helped me find every item I needed was so friendly and helpful. I know the very basics of doing makeup, and I wanted a full glam look for my wedding. I could not have gotten the items without the help of that worker, I wish I would have gotten her name. She definitely deserves a raise.
