The person who helped me find a product was helpful. But the girl at the counter seemed upset that I did not want to give her my phone number. She said that without a phone number I would not be able to return the product. I did not plan to return it but found that annoying.
Absolutely worst experience of my life the worker “cassie” was so disgusting, snappy and rude… while “maria” was trying to help me and cassie was standing there with her arms crossed snapping about something that “not gonna work” and it actually WAS working. It likes she wanted it to not work. I was a General Manager for a while I wouldve fired her on the spot i was so nice and calm just explaining how unsettling her spirit was ! I liked this location i will literally never return im so sad!
very nice store, well organized but workers are rude & like to talk bad about other employees also i asked if they carried a product and they gave me a rude stare and said no.
I'm very happy with the in-store options and I love using the app to explore new products and order items that are only available online. The delivery time is super convenient! Helpful staff as well.
