Love this place great customer service
Booked an hair appointment with Abby, showed up but Abbi didn’t. Lack of communication about my appointment and being unable to resolve the issue was frustrating and unhelpful.
I have been in customer service for over 30 years so I am both appreciative of great service and forgiving of hiccups in service. I have waited a week to write this review because I didn’t want to let any emotions rule my statements. I failed to get her name, but the attendant was absolutely amazing! Im mid-30s and this was my first time with make-up. She walked me through each step until I got it down and explained things thoroughly. Color corrector, setting powder, concealer. So very helpful, kind, and non-judgemental! The ladies here are so kind. Thank you so much for making this uncomfortable situation a delightful experience.
