Sad customer service from Wafa. She had a rude and almost depressing??? demeanor to her the entire interaction as if I had forced her to work at Ulta. I explained my opinions on the Ulta card to my sister and Wafa proceeded to mock and repeat what I said. I asked for a printed receipt as well and she wouldn’t give me one. I'm giving this place a 5 star. If I could give a 1000 star I would only reason Vera the hair stylist! Her work and understanding the assignment is phenomenal. We fly from Colorado and the Desert to get a cut and style! Thank you Vera we love you BIG!
I always enjoy shopping at Ulta, especially with great managers like Dominique! I had an issue with a shipping order and she went above and beyond to make it right. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. And for that, I had a great experience today! Thank you!
Highly recommend Tina in their salon. She gave me an express keratin treatment. Did a fantastic job and was sooo nice! The entire Ulta staff at this store is always going out of their way to help.
