I went in today and Shelby was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! 🫶
So this store alone I have given multiple chances to, just with simple customer service. I feel like the employees are more worried about making sure they look good rather than helping or greeting customers. And when you go to check out the cashier is never smiling or just gives off the vibes like you are bothering them. I’ve worked retail before and understand it can be tiring but a simply hi, how are you, or even a smile would be great and welcoming.
Love getting my hair and beauty items online.
