The cashier she was black w a grey shirt she had hella attitude like girl where is the customer service & let me say she was acting like this before I even said hello
Horrible customer service , no one greeted me at the door I spent over 15-20 minutes looking for a product no one ever asked did I need help the . Young ladies were on their phones or having side bar conversations. I never received helped or the product I was looking for that was my first and last time ever coming to that store .
I did have to search for help from an employee twice, but they were very helpful. Made my shopping experience go alot quicker.
I had a keratin treatment done to my hair,my hair did so good. I just sat back relax and enjoy my day.my hair,Is growing so well.thank alots ultra beauty. I will be going back.
