Love the store but Fiona needs to be retrained. I have trouble getting into the store sometimes so I sent my daughter so get some items for me with MY ULTA credit card. Fiona refused to allow my daughter to use 60.00 worth of points for my purchase…. With my credit card because I wasn’t in there with her. She has never ever had this issue before so if you’re going to ID someone to use a dang coupon that THEY EARNED, make it a rule for everyone not just when certain cashiers are working.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this Ulta. I asked two different employees for help with getting a perfume, and both told me they would come help but never did. The store wasn’t busy at all it was practically empty, yet I was completely ignored. I ended up leaving without making a purchase. I expected much better service. I’ll take my bust somewhere else and spend $200 on a perfume at another department store with BETTER customer service. 0 stars

ryan, one of the employees here, was incredibly rude and dismissive to other customers while i was there. would walk away from people asking questions and was all-around unprofessional.
