Desha needs some coaching on customer service. She is rude and hateful to a customer who spent a large amount. The man that helped me in fragrance was so nice and customer oriented. Desha needs a new job where she does not work with customers. I have never ever met someone so rude. When I spoke to her and smiled upon entrance as she opened up the doors she never spoke. Or acknowledged i was a customer. She was just as hateful at checkout. Cola was amazing !!!
The expertise and assistance of the in-store consultants is quite helpful and much appreciated.
The only thing impressive about this place is how many employee they can staff that can pretend you are not walking around needing help. It has to be the worst shopping experience imaginable.
