I was treated poorly by an Ulta rep earlier this week, so I walked out and headed to Sephora in Jordan Creek. The Sephora staff was professional, helpful & I got what I wanted. Ulta lost my business.
There are always lots of Ulta coupons floating around - no need to ever buy anything here without a coupon.
Well, I was going to shop here but not anymore... I walked down every aisle and saw three employees. Not one of them smiled or spoke to me. My money is better spent elsewhere.
